Gordon Edward Logan, previously a senior director of operations for Sport Clips, has been promoted to vice president of operations for Sport Clips by the company president, Mark Katarik. Our previous vice president of operations, Connie Boltinghouse, has decided to retire after a thriving career in franchising. Before joining with Sport Clips, Connie worked with The Barbers and Regis Corporation.
After working with Deloitte Consulting in Dallas, Logan joined the Sport Clips team in January 2010. Previously, Logan had been responsible for a variety of jobs within the operations department, and oversaw company-owned Sport Clips locations in Austin, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada—two very successful and innovative locations. In fact, these stores lead the way in company improvements and developments.
Of the new vice president, Mark Katarik, President of Sport Clips, says, “With his in-depth knowledge of the Sport Clips system and innovative ideas, Gordon Edward has expanded our company-owned store presence in Austin and Las Vegas and has led his team to new records for performance each of the past few years. Logan has expressed his eager anticipation in continuing to work for such a highly respected brand as Sport Clips and take part in refining store performance.
